Georgia Car Crashes
In Georgia, there are hundreds of thousands of traffic accidents that happen per year. On average, the state sees more than 400,000 traffic collisions annually. Across the country, there are more than 6 million car wrecks reported per year that injure over 3 million people and take the lives of around 40,000.
Four out of five of these crashes are caused by the negligence of drivers. Driver negligence can be displayed in countless ways, but American drivers are most often intoxicated, distracted, overtired, or speeding when they cause traffic collisions.
Auto accidents caused by negligent drivers almost always end in injuries or fatalities. Accidents like these are much more dangerous and devastating than other types of crashes because drivers are not paying attention, have their reaction times reduced, their judgment impaired, etc.
