Georgia Traffic Collisions
Every single day in the United States, people suffer injuries due to traffic accidents. Nationwide, over 7,500 people are hurt in approximately 17,000 car crashes daily. Tragically, many of these accidents stem from negligent driving — reckless behaviors such as distracted driving, intoxication, and speeding. More than 90% of all reported vehicle collisions in the U.S. are attributed to driver negligence.
Georgia is no exception to this troubling trend. Across the Peach State, negligent drivers continue to pose a major threat on the roads, contributing to thousands of injuries and fatalities each year. Distracted driving has emerged as the leading cause of crashes in Georgia, while impaired driving continues to account for more than 30% of traffic-related deaths nationwide.
The aftermath of a car accident can be overwhelming. Victims often suffer not just physical harm but also emotional distress and financial strain. Medical bills, property damage, and lost wages can add up quickly, placing enormous stress on victims and their families as they try to heal and move forward.
