Hall Co., GA (March 18, 2025) – An 11-year-old boy suffered critical injuries on Monday afternoon, March 17, in a two-vehicle crash on Gillsville Highway in eastern Hall County. Reports show the incident took place between a motorcycle and a car at approximately 5:45 p.m. near the intersection with F. Gilmer Road.
According to preliminary investigations, the young boy was riding on the back of a motorcycle driven by his father when they were struck by a 2019 Dodge Charger. The Charger crossed the centerline and collided with the bike, according to information provided by the Hall County Sheriff’s Office. The injured child was airlifted to Scottish Rite Hospital-Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta with severe injuries. Both drivers were unhurt in the crash. Police continue to investigate the details of the incident.
