Hall Co., GA (February 3, 2025) – A fatal traffic accident took the life of one person in Hall County on Saturday night, February 1. Police in Hall County were dispatched to the crash scene at approximately 9:00 p.m. on Saturday. Reports show the incident occurred at the intersection of GA 365 near White Sulphur Road between a 2024 Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck and a 2006 Chrysler 300. Preliminary reports show the pickup, operated by a 55-year-old man from Carnesville, was stalled in the intersection when the Chrysler collided with the truck’s passenger door.
Patricia Ann Cooper, 65, who was a passenger inside the Chrysler, sustained severe injuries in the accident. She was transported to Northeast Georgia Medical Center by Hall County Fire Rescue for treatment. Despite life-saving efforts made by paramedics, she ultimately lost her life due to the extent of her injuries. Police in Hall County continue to investigate the details of the crash.
